What data we process

When you fill in the contact form, your name, phone number, selected district and note are stored. When you call us or write on WhatsApp, your phone number and message reach us. If you use the "Send Location" button, your location is only added to the WhatsApp message you send yourself; it is not stored on the site. For security, the server keeps technical records such as IP address, browser information and time of visit.

Why we use the data

Your data is processed to handle your taxi request, to contact you, to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse. If you allow it, it is also used for visit statistics and ad measurement. Your data is not sold.

Cookies

Necessary cookies: the "lang" cookie that remembers your language (1 year) and a session cookie used to secure the contact form. These are required for the site to work. Optional cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies are used only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the button on this page.

Who the data is shared with

The site runs on the servers of a hosting provider. If you choose to write on WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp (Meta). If you allow optional cookies, measurement data is shared with Google; the servers of these companies may be located outside Türkiye. Otherwise your data is shared with authorities only where the law requires it.

Retention

Request records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You can send requests to destek@taksimersinde.com.
